Often we see a problem as insurmountable to solve. We seem to lose perspective when we see the huge task ahead that may seem impossible. Our frailer water infrastructure and the issues that come with this like service delivery challenges, lack of funding and the huge outstanding costs to rectify the problem seem to be insurmountable. We could lose hope for any short term solution with a lasting positive result. The question is, do we have to lose hope and feel we are fighting a giant?
